General terms and conditions of sale

Products

All our items are available for delivery subject to stock availability.
The dimensions shown are approximate (tolerance of ±1 cm).
The photos are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual; slight differences may exist between the visuals and the final product.

Production files

We accepted all types of files.

The client is responsible for the quality of the files provided for the various productions:

- engravings
- impression
- special manufacturing

An additional fee of CHF 25.00 (including VAT) may be charged in the event of non-compliant files.

We recommend sending us files in high resolution.

Good to print

The proofs are sent by email to the client for approval before production begins. Approval of the proof(s) is mandatory.

There is no BAT for the plates, nor for the emblems having a logo alone.

Delivery and transport

Available items are shipped via Swiss Post.
Delivery costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery delay

In the event that a quantity is not available in stock, Toptrophy offers you equivalent or superior quality replacement products at no extra cost in order to avoid delivery delays.

Payment methods

Payment is due upon ordering on our web shop, even if the "Bank Deposit" option is selected. Receipt of payment serves as order confirmation. Orders are only processed once payment has been received.

Possible exceptions:

Sponsored event, regional event, state-organized event, large-scale event... To obtain special payment terms, please send your request by email to info@toptrophy.ch

Possible payment methods: Installment payments, 30-day payment terms, and deposits are possible on a case-by-case basis.

For in-store pickups, payment is made in cash in Swiss francs CHF or via Twint.

All prices displayed on the website are expressed inclusive of all taxes in Swiss francs (CHF) TTC.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued in cash or to the original payment method. In the event of an accepted return or claim, a discount coupon and/or a credit note valid for our webshop will be issued.

Reminder fees

A reminder fee of CHF 30.00 per shipment is charged and is entirely at the buyer's expense.

Legal guarantees

The customer must immediately check the condition of the delivered goods in order to exclude any defects in materials, workmanship or transport damage.
Any defect or anomaly must be reported to TopTrophy Sàrl within 7 days of receipt.
After this period, the delivery is considered accepted.

Data protection

All personal data is treated in a strictly confidential manner.
No information related to order management is transmitted to third parties.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law is applicable.
Any dispute will be submitted to the District Court of the Canton of Neuchâtel (Switzerland).
