General terms and conditions of sale

1.Products

All our items are available while stocks last.
The dimensions indicated are approximate (tolerance of ±1 cm).
Photos are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding; slight differences may exist between the visuals and the final product.

2.Production files for engravings and prints

We accept all types of files.
IMPORTANT: Photographs and images with many superimposed colors are not compatible with laser engraving.

The customer is responsible for the quality of the files provided for the various productions:

- engravings
- printing
- special manufacturing

Additional fees of CHF 25.00.- including tax may be charged for non-compliant files.

It is recommended to send us high-resolution files.

3.Proof - validation for production

Proofs are sent by email for customer validation before production begins. Validation of the proof(s) is mandatory.

There are no proofs for plaques, nor for emblems with a logo only.

The customer must validate the proofs within a reasonable time to allow Toptrophy Sàrl to meet the delivery deadline.

If a customer does not validate the proofs quickly enough and delivery is delayed due to this non-validation, the delay cannot be attributed to Toptrophy Sàrl.

4.Delivery and transport

Available items are shipped by Swiss Post, or private carrier during our working days. Delivery costs are entirely at the customer's expense, depending on the delivery method selected by the customer.

Our working days for the delivery method: Monday-Friday from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm

It is possible to place orders 24/7 on our online shop; orders placed outside our working hours are considered as placed on the next working day.

Orders placed on weekends are considered as placed on the following Monday.
If an express delivery time is selected on the weekend, delivery will take place between the following Tuesday and Wednesday.

5.Delivery delay - lack of stock availability

In case of quantities not available in stock, Toptrophy offers equivalent or higher quality replacement products at no price increase to avoid delivery delays.

6.Payment terms

Payment is made upon order on our web shop, even when the "Bank Deposit" option is selected. Receipt of payment serves as order confirmation. Orders are only processed upon receipt of payment.

Possible exceptions (invoice payment):

Sponsored events, regional events, state organizations, major events... To obtain special payment conditions, you must send your request by email to info@toptrophy.ch

Goods remain the property of Toptrophy Sàrl until full payment of the invoice.

Possible payment types: Installment payments, 30-day payment, down payment, are possible on a case-by-case basis.

For collections at the workshop, payment is made in cash in Swiss francs CHF or via Twint.

All prices displayed on the site are in Swiss francs (CHF) including all taxes.

7.Refund Policy

Refunds are only made in the event of a clear defect attributable to production or transport, and only if TopTrophy Sàrl is unable to replace the product or could not proceed with its replacement within the deadlines. When the product is replaceable, replacement is always TopTrophy Sàrl's preferred option.

8.Reminder fees

Reminder fees of CHF 30.00 per mailing are charged and entirely at the buyer's expense.

9.Legal guarantees

The photos on our online shop are non-contractual. The customer must immediately check the condition of the delivered goods to exclude any material, manufacturing or transport damage.
Any defect or anomaly must be reported to TopTrophy Sàrl within 7 days from the day of receipt.
After this period, the delivery is deemed accepted.

10.Data protection

All personal data is treated as strictly confidential.
No information related to order management is transmitted to third parties.

11. Copyright and content ownership

All content on this site, including, but not limited to, text, images, logos, graphics, and visual elements, is the exclusive property of TopTrophy Sàrl, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of these elements, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorization of TopTrophy Sàrl is strictly prohibited.

12.Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law is applicable.
Any dispute will be submitted to the District Court of the Canton of Neuchâtel (Switzerland).

These general terms and conditions of sale may be modified at any time. It is the customer's responsibility to regularly consult the current updates.
